At Healthy & Active, we want you to feel confident in your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Ensure all original tags are attached to receive a full refund or a seamless size exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your new size will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
